Simon has 30 years post qualification experience and specialises in Tax, Trusts and Estates. He is a full member of STEP (“Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners”).
Simon provides estate planning advice to include Wills, deceased estates administration, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning. He also advises in relation to contested estates and other contentious probate matters.
